QR code menus for restaurants

A QR code menu lets guests read your full menu on their phone at the table, while your team takes the order and the payment as usual. With Cloche each table has its own code, and you change a dish or a price once from your phone.

One code for each table

Print branded cards, six to an A4 sheet. Each table has its own code, so you can see which tables scan. Your QR cards stay the same when the menu changes.

Guests browse, your team takes the order

Cloche doesn't take orders or payments. On Standard and Pro, guests can call the waiter or ask for the bill, and the call reaches your team with the table name.

Options, sizes and today's picks

Add sizes and extras to a dish, put today's picks at the top and set a category to show only at certain hours, so breakfast leaves the menu when service ends.

Allergens and languages at the table

You mark the allergens for each dish and guests can filter by them. The menu can also open in your guests' language. You stay responsible for your allergen information.

When it isn't the right fit

If you want guests to order and pay from the table, Cloche won't do that. If your menu is short and rarely changes, a printed menu or a PDF may be all you need.

From £15 a month

30 days free. Keep your printed menus. Cloche shows your menu; your team still takes the order and the payment.

Common questions

Can guests order or pay from the table?

No. Cloche shows the menu, and your team takes the order and the payment. On Standard and Pro, guests can call the waiter or ask for the bill.

Do my guests need an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser.

What about guests who don't want to use a phone?

Keep your printed menus. Cloche can print an A4 price list from your live prices whenever you need one.

Can I show different menus at lunch and dinner?

Yes. A category can be set to show only at certain hours, so a lunch menu can leave when dinner starts.

How much does it cost?

Plans start from £15 a month, or £150 a year. Waiter call is on Standard and Pro. The first 30 days are free and you don't need a card to start.
